Majestic Ruler

He bore the crown of thorns.

To serve, and not to be served by others.

Now he sits on the throne of royalty.

A Majestic ruler over all.

A sea of peasants in rags gathered around the palace.

And he announced:

“You did not choose me, but I chose you”.

One by one... the peasants came into the palace.

They were presented with the crown of life, and of glory.

And the angels rejoiced.

They all proclaimed “Lord of lords and King of kings”.
